We’ll cover completing a financial arrangement, how to make financial conversations less awkward, ways to respond to common objections and the treatment coordinator role.

Meet the Speaker:
Dr. Brian Gaudreault is an accomplished orthodontist with 23 years of specialty practice, preceded by 3 years in general dentistry. An early adopter of clear aligner therapy since 2000, he mentors general dentists in diagnosis, treatment planning, and digital setup workflows, and developed a proprietary clinical triage system designed to build clinical confidence and grow aligner services within general practices.
Dr. Gaudreault practices an airway-centered philosophy for children and adults, integrating head, neck, and facial anatomy to guide treatment. He emphasizes customized arch forms and an ideal smile arc, utilizing leading digital technologies to deliver efficient, comfortable, and truly personalized care.
Dr. Gaudreault earned his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating summa cum laude (2nd overall), and received his certificate in Orthodontics. He completed a general practice residency with Harvard School of Dental Medicine, rotating at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He serves on the clinical advisory board and faculty for SureSmile, is Vice President of Orthodontics at North American Dental Group, and continues active clinical practice.
