Dr. Douglas Voiers

MEET DR. DOUG:
Dr. Voiers has been a leader in advanced technology, cosmetic, reconstructive and clear aligner dentistry for over 40 years. He has given over 200 clinical presentations, authored numerous articles on dental technology and educated thousands of dentists throughout the United States. He earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State College of Dentistry in 1985 and Master of Arts in Human Behavior from Newport University in 2008.
A strong believer in lifelong education and professional advancement for the benefit of his patients, Dr. Voiers achieved fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He also earned a fellowship the World Congress of Minimally Invasive dentistry and as a founding member was awarded Clinician of the Year.
Dr. Voiers has served in various educational positions including SureSmile clear aligner trainer, CEREC advanced national trainer and Experdent Centers of Dental Excellence aesthetic dentistry instructor. He currently serves at Chief Innovation Officer for Clear Blue Smiles, a leader in dental practice clear aligner training and implementation. Dr. Voiers is the developer of the Destructive Malocclusion 6-Step Process, a system designed to thoroughly detect, categorize and document occlusal disease, using non-invasive clear aligner treatment.
